The following General Terms and Conditions regulate the contractual relations between the Guest and the structure following the booking and payment of the accommodation chosen from those present on the portal www.residenzechamur.it The following general conditions regulate the terms and conditions of the agreement between the establishment and the Customer who books and purchases the services through the Site or ota platform, as well as the transitional lease agreement stipulated between the Customer and the Property, which acts in the name and on behalf of the owners of the accommodation. The customer is required to accept these General Conditions and Terms of Use and the conditions set out below. The customer is therefore required to fully read the General Conditions and Terms of Use as well as any conditions applicable to the individual services, made available on the Site. By making a reservation or purchasing a service offered by the structure, you automatically accept the Terms and General conditions described here.
1. Website: The booking service on www.residenzechamur.it is provided by Krossbooking, a software equipped with technology which encrypts the name, credit card number and expiry date before transmission on the network. This makes the internet transaction safe and ensures that all sensitive data will be kept confidential and protected.
2. Booking methods: By accessing the online platform www.residenzechamur.it, the Client can view and consult the availability and prices of the accommodation managed by Residenze Chamur. To conclude and confirm the reservation, the Customer must pay the amount shown on the Site by credit card following the instructions indicated. With the acceptance of the payment, the structure will send the Customer a Booking Confirmation email containing details of the amount paid or to be paid, the duration of the stay, the number of occupants as well as any extra mandatory or additional services. The booking is to be considered confirmed when the operation has been successful and the customer has received the booking confirmation email.
3. Cancellation policies: The customer can cancel or modify the reservation according to the terms indicated under each rate. Failure to present the customer at check-in will result in the payment of the total amount of the reservation. Non-refundable rates cannot be modified, in case of cancellation or modification, the entire amount of the stay will be charged. Any request to change the reservation is subject to approval and availability by the establishment. The costs of requests to change the stay will be conditioned by the number of guests or by the change of accommodation, supplements are foreseen which will be requested based on availability and which depend on the period of stay.
4. Rates and Payment: For rentals of less than 30 days, the total amount must be understood as inclusive of energy, gas, heating and water consumption. The balance of the amount of the stay for the indicated period will have already been paid in full by the customer to the structure at the time of booking by credit card or bank transfer which must be paid before check-in. The rate does not include the tourist tax which must be paid in cash or by credit card upon arrival at the facility. The Structure accepts the following payment instruments: Euro \ Mastercard , Visa. CartaSi, Cash within the limit of Euro 3,000.00 as per the Italian Regulations
5. Change of linen and towels: Our structure cares about well-being and respect for our planet. For this reason, our eco-plan contains a few simple rules, which, if respected, can really make a difference, and aims to minimise consumption and emissions. In particular, for the weekly stay there is a free change of linen on the 4º day of stay, before or after this term, it is subject to the payment of a price. Upon your arrival, the accommodation will be equipped with both towels and bed linen.
The lack of the linen provided in the accommodation or, due to improper use by the guest, the same is irretrievably dirty, making the washing in vain or particularly onerous, the guest will be charged an amount of € 10.00 for each piece as compensation.In addition, dirty laundry will be delivered to the customer. For the reasons mentioned above and out of mutual respect, we kindly encourage customers not to use linen to clean shoes, remove makeup, shave with creams or other improper uses that may cause irreparable deterioration.
6. Cleaning: Staff in charge of this task generally access the rooms with daily frequency from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. to carry out their accommodation and cleaning. Customers who wish to clean their room are asked to allow access by displaying the sign behind their door. Otherwise, if the customer refuses to have the cleaning carried out, the room will not be supplied with toilet paper and other consumables, which must be requested through the contact channels. Please note that our guest house takes care of the free daily cleaning services, while for holiday homes this service is not included. In both cases, the guest is required to leave the room in order to allow the appropriate performance of the service. If the guest does not do so, our staff will not clean the room and the situation will be promptly communicated to the guest. In addition, if accommodation is found in conditions of dirt beyond normal, or with dirt produced beyond normal use that a guest can reasonably create, an extra €15.00 per day will be charged. Any damage caused by dirt, such as indelible stains on carpets, bedspreads, curtains, etc., will be charged separately.
7. Check-in and check-out info and rules: Check-in is available from 3.00 pm and check-out no later than 11.00 am, any requests for early check-in or late check-out will be subject to availability by the property. The customer must confirm the arrival time according to the methods indicated in the Booking Confirmation email or via communications sent by the hotel before arrival. At the time of online check-in, the Customer must send his/her identification document in advance for each adult and minor who will use the accommodation for identification to the security bodies (State Police). The valid identity documents for this purpose are: identity card or driving license for Italian and EU citizens, Passport for non-EU citizens. Failure to show the identity documents of each guest will result in the prohibition of access to the accommodation. The Client undertakes not to accommodate a number of people greater than that indicated in the Booking Confirmation. The Customer undertakes to sign - in virtual or paper form - the Lease Agreement stipulated according to the regulations in force on the national territory (DL 431, 9 December 1998).
The contract will be viewed and signed in virtual form. By signing the contract, you accept the conditions, the rules of the accommodation and the condominium regulations. In the event of damage, the Client agrees to access the accommodation in order to carry out any necessary repairs and/or maintenance. Except in cases of emergency, the Customer will be informed in advance via his contact details and, if he does not provide a response in time, the person in charge of the structure will be able to access the accommodation. The return of the keys is mandatory according to the procedures that will be communicated at check-in and according to the availability of the staff of Residenze Chamur
8. Accommodation rules: 1. The Client undertakes to use the accommodation with care, keeping it clean, refraining from any act that could cause any damage to it and/or its appurtenances and/or its common parts and/ or the goods contained therein. 2. The Client undertakes not to disturb the residents of the condominium during his entire stay in the accommodation. - 3. It is forbidden to use the Accommodation for unlawful acts. it is forbidden to reproduce and/or give the keys of the Accommodation to third parties and/or to reveal any access codes to the same to third parties. - 4. The loss/breakage of the keys and/or the lock entails the reimbursement of the cost of a new lock and 5 new sets of keys. - 5. The loss or breakage of each single Card involves a compensation of the cost of €15.00 - 6. The structure\accommodation is not available for hen/stag parties or similar. - 7. Other people are not allowed to enter the structure unless they are first registered during the check-in phase - 8. The Client will be responsible for any damage caused to the Accommodation and/or the goods contained therein. Unless expressly authorized in writing by the Structure. - 9. It is strictly forbidden to smoke inside the Accommodation and in the areas of the structure, in case of violation an amount will be charged as a penalty as indicated in the annex of the Contract, or the possible termination of the stay.- 10. Not there are single rooms, we only have rooms with a double bed for use by one person. - 11. It is possible to request an invoice\receipt without any problems during your stay
9. Treatment of personal data: The Customer authorizes the structure to communicate his personal data to third parties in relation to obligations connected with the lease relationship (Legislative Decree 196/2003). For privacy. For any controversy deriving from this assignment, the Court of Tempio will have exclusive jurisdiction.
